I went to my very first knitting class at http://www.purlescenceyarns.com/. It was so much fun. 

It is just a basic class to help me get down the basics. We are knitting a fingerless glove. 

I met a lot of nice women. They will let me bring my dog in when I come to knit with them. I have a Cocker Spaniel. It is buff in color and his name is Moses. He is the cutest dog I have ever seen in my life :) Of course I am completely bias. 

Anyway, Knitting class. The women were wonderful and so sweet and helpful. The yarn shop itself has so many hand painted yarns that are simply gorgeous. They seem to be more expensive than 'normal' yarn though. A single parent, not working... I am not sure I can afford most of the yarns. Which is sad. There are so  many colorful ones that I would love to buy and make a blanket with! 

It is raining here, with wind and very cold. I dont mind the weather so much. We need the rain, so I cant really complain. 

School has started and already I feel behind. My mind cant seem to get in the groove of things.

Anyway, I guess that is it for now.
